    Cost of Class:  Does the class really only cost $35.00?
      Yes, the class only cost a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $35.00.  You are not required to pay for any upgrades, products, advice, consulting times, weight loss tools or any other program promoted by the partcipates.  Disclaimer:  If you really change your eating habits and eat nutrition-dense foods, then your food costs most likely will increase.  Foods that inflate your body are cheaper than foods that promote your health.  The food industry charges less for foods that bloat your body and penalize you for foods that could prevent sickness, weight loss, and optimal health.  This course will address this issue.

    Children:  Can my overweight child join the class?  Yes.  Children 14 and under must have a parent's permission to join the class.  We recommend that you decide if your child has the maturity to listen and assimilate a course on nutrition.  We try to make the class fun but it's tailored to adult learning styles and not a teenage audience.  Many children have accompanied their parents and started their health on the right track at an early age.  Many children have lost weight on our program.
